Today i started new diet. I am use to not eatting but 1 time a day and my doctor has me eatting 3 meals plus 2 snacks. It is alot of food to get use to. He says my body is in starvation mode and thats why i am not losing any weight and gaining so much. Check in weight 189. Goal weight 120
Went to gym today. It felt awesome to get back into it. :-) i love the saying on all their machines.... Judgement free zone. You belong :-)

2 months ago i was 1 lb away from 200. I weighed in today at 180.6. So i am down 19lbs. I am so proud of myself. The weight is finally coming off and seeing results #BeforeAndAfter
