Yay its May 1st & Glad I finally decided to get back to focusing on myself!
A whole lot going on that forgot that taking care of myself is very important, especially when I come from a family with Diabetes, HBP, Heart Diease ect.. and Bad eating habits. Don't get me wrong I love our traditional Mexican Dishes but will be Determined to find healthy ways of making them.
Note - In the last yr I've gained about 40 pounds, & look forward to focusing on it a pound at time.

I'm excited to get back on this journey. I enjoy these Beautiful Sunsets. Being able to get my stamina back to where I can jog these beaches will be one of my goals.

I can't believe it's been 10 days, it doesn't even feel stressful watching my calorie intake or being in the gym for 2hrs.
My energy is awesome, been waking up an hour before my alarm clock. Waking up each morning with so much motivation is an amazing feeling.
& The scale is definitely moving in the right direction. :)
Killed it at the gym today!!!!

Dinner Under 400 calories!
Enough to keep me full!
I did pretty well for a meal on a Friday, usually I find myself going out to eat or picking up a Pizza and have 3 to 4 slices.
Best thing is my daughter enjoyed the meal too.
This was last night's dinner! A total of 480 calories
Before dinner I had about 630 calories left.
Everything was measured to stay within my range.
So delicious & filling.
Plus must add drank a gallon of water in a day, it'sβ my new goal for the week.
My Craving for Pizza has been immense, so I decided to make my own. 355 calories in total and 31 grams of protein. Couldn't of done any better with this meal. One was enough, I would say it was about 8 inches in diameter. Next time I make them, I'll make enough to stick in freezer for a quick meal. It's a winner!
A little bigger than a Personal Pizza from Pizza Hut. & Way under it'sβ calories.
***Calorie Differential***
May someone help me understand this, should I be consuming more calories? & if so would I still be losing weight? I don't quite understand these numbers.
Or am I working out too much?
I'm usually in the gym 4 days out of the week & up to 3hrs at a time. Food wise, I have 3 meals and 2 snack a day. Protein with all meals and snacks.
I would appreciate all the Help! βΊππ
