This is me putting this out there. The left side is me in February - still wishing the weight off. The right side is just the other day after I quit wishing and started working.
From February to today.
I'm just up. But I wanted to share this. The scale doesn't mean a thing. I weighed the exact same in both photos.

I'm so very grateful I started taking pictures. I am six pounds up from my January 1, 2018 weight BUT I have photographic evidence that I've lost fat. (Yes. I'm gonna do it to you.)

140 minutes of shoveling snow. I was moving it from between cars to the other side of the parking lot rather than shoveling it into the middle of the parking lot. Unburied three vehicles.
