Bobs redmill organic oatmeal. Pecans and blueberries. Delicious and satisfying. 500 cals. I try to always start big and then taper off. Not a snacker. My dr. Is adament i do not get enough protein. How do you get in 80g of protein.
Had a great day..... I am going to add shakes to my meal plan for simplicity are ease. Going to try 310. If i like i am going to continue to do 2 x a day. Easy 30 protein . just need to bring in 50 g more somehow. More eggs and fish....
