Today my husband took a walk with me, didn't feel like going to the gym..nice walk... Now some strength training at home...bless night everyone..

Graduation day for my baby boy, off to high school..we are so proud of him... Still im trying to lose 5lbs, i been stock on plateu again..

Getting Ready for the little ones...
Been away for a while, time to get back to the good habits, no more missing meals or snack.. Need to lose 10 lbs and need to exercise more regularly.
