only lost 0.3 pounds this week but that's not too bad. I felt horrible most the week but kept to the food plan. I only was able to work out one day. The coughing got worse so I was just worn out. Saw the doctor on Wednesday night cause the cough was only getting worse. But I'm moving. I'm doing something

Sunday was picture day at Roller Derby. I borrowed someones Jersey since I'm still in Training. But dang, that Jersey Looks GOOD on me!
Iâ€™m setting the aggressive goal of 35 lbs by Christmas, 60 lbs by May 1. Itâ€™s about 2 lbs a week. Need to track need to get stronger
