Boiled that sucker until just tender and then finished baking it after scooping out the seeds. Ate it with cheese and a touch of Zatarains seasoning (cajun.) Delicious. Think I'll buy another one.I like to move it, move it! What did you do to move it today? I did mostly walking and strength training. The answer may be in this quote. If all I concentrate on is losing the weight, but not really change how I think or what I do, the weight loss is going to be temporary.
If I change how I think about food, what I choose to eat daily, and how often I exercise - I have a pretty good chance of keeping off this time.

Hope my body enjoyed the rest - today is a new day!It took more work than normal on Thursday because of a busy day and unexpectedly being away from home until 8:30 at night - but I got in my 5 servings. Prunes with cheese toast for breakfast, watermelon and roast with veggie kabobs for lunch, 2 halo mandarins for an afternoon snack, a pack of raisins and more watermelon with dinner.Not my best day on Thursday, but I managed to eat fairly healthy - with a detour on the not needed sweets.Did fine with my nutrition goals but bombed the fitness ones. It was a day of unexpected twists and turns - all spent away from home. I did what I could do - except for a detour with the sweets, lol.Just restarting this challenge today!My week hasn't been perfect, but I've certainly gotten in more water than I used to manage in a day's time. There was a time that diet soda was pretty much it. Glad to say my 64 ounces are DONE for today.I'm learning to not beat myself up over not getting in tons of exercise. I did manage my 20 minutes plus some squats, lol.Got in my 5+ today. (This wisdom was shared by an older friend who has Stage 4 kidney failure. Her problem was caused by medication.)
