Me after 3 months on Sparkpeople...So much happier and healthier (not to mention 34 pounds lighter)
BEFORE (11/2013 @ 272 lbs) I felt like I was wearing "another person" for a coat. Uncomfortable.
Taken on my parents property 6.12.14. At 226 lbs (46 lost so far), I am looking more like my dad.
After 1 week on SparkPeople, and 5 months later. That's one chin, one belly roll, and 47 lbs gone!
