Relaxing in the tub to ease my sore knees...Thanksgiving went to the dogs this year...Step count for today.
My minimum is 6400 steps, until I get my knee fixed...Me, getting my steps in at Lowe's Rained all day so I'm doing a Leslie Sansone Walk at Home tape Walking at work, waiting for the food to arrive...Got my steps in yesterday but it was tough (knee issues)

Took me forever but I got it done Using up leftovers. Bacon & onions over rice. Added black olives & raisins for a Mediterranean flair!Day is not over, but this is what it looks like. Also did some chair yoga...Twelve very tough minutes walking around the parking lot was all I could manage...Hard, but I did it...Walked 43 minutes at the mall. Took a lot of mini breaks but that's the most I've walked in a long time!!!Not as many steps as yesterday but I met my goal...Over 3 miles today but my back hurts so much I want to cry! The good part? My hubby is making dinner: ground turkey sloppy joes...I got my 6400 steps in, but only 8.5 minutes of consecutive walking... all this poor knee could handle.Seven whole minutes today ðŸ˜ŸDid my steps and shoveled snow for 15 minutes!!!19* so I'm walking indoors!Woo hoo!Last minute Christmas shopping Did not get all my steps in, but that's OK. Had a wonderful Christmas with my family.Eating the rainbow at work...
Not sure why we have rice AND sweet potatoes, but it's colorful!Nice mileage for a Tuesday...After 3 very busy days, I decided to take it easy on my knees, so I didn't make my step quota...
But here is my delicious and nutritious dinner!Having too many knee issues - will have to take a break until after surgery...Homemade chicken noodle soup, heavy on the veggies & garlic!Big apple taking up almost half the plate...Are you the type of Sparker who does better with a bit of a challenge thrown in, like me?
