Lunchtime salad, 6 time a week! Get my Fuhrman recommended greens. It takes a loooong time to eat!4.5 miles todayFocusing on my sleep this week! 8+ hours a night is one of my goals! My garden is finally blooming! Proud of my commitment so far. 30 days, and I haven't let myself down yet. These are big changes, and I am doing it day by day. Lots of things will try to throw me off track, and I am determined to keep my goals clear. I know not only good things will happen, but I will own my response, and try to have the best vibe possible! One year ago, at my very heaviest. A fledgling crow landed on my head and stayed there for over an hour. Last two days, hopefully this will ride out smoothly! LOL Got new glasses, taking care of health on all levels.5.5 mile hike today, up and down the hills, over that bridge 3 times, and it was pretty great.Putting all kinds of coins in my health bank the last few weeks, and excited to see it paying off. Exercise, nutrition and watching my habits with an open objective mind. My happy place47 miles on the bike this week. 25 mile ride planned for Saturday!Such a good day, 7.5 mile hike with the husband. They're coming! 19 mile bike ride yesterday, aiming for 22 today. rode 30 miles on her bike today!!!23,000 + steps, my watch died 😂 9.5 mile hike 26 flights of stairs climbed18 miles on the bike trail today.14 years old, and still my best little walking buddy. 2 miles this morning before I hit the bike trail.108 degrees today, I got out early for a 22 mile bike ride, it was already 90 degrees by the time I got home at 10:15 am4.5 miles today, and it started raining the last .5 mile, so glorious.My garage set up, between my dad’s furniture and the gardening supplies. I am going to pull it out further to use the squat rack, but so far this simple set up has kicked ass.Today’s salad. Looks like I’ll start walking once my knee has recovered also.This week 85 miles on the bike, a 40 mile ride planned tomorrow. I did poorly with food Monday and Tuesday, and have been doing great since then.I'm in the back:)The before picture is me in college, camping solo in the Grand Canyon. The after picture is me today on a 50 mile bike ride. I can finally see my chin, and I feel more and more like that kid I was 20 years ago. #BeforeAndAfterTrying for 1 rest day a week.
