Going to try this again until I get it right! Well, no breakfast today and not a healthy lunch. Always on the go. Need to make sure I get some ME time on a daily basis. I hope everyone has a fantastic and successful day.Had a good day today. Hoping tomorrow will be even better.Good morning everyone. It's barely 3:29am and I'm already in a stressed out mood. Family issues with my son. He can really work his magic on my stress level. Don't know why I let it get to me though. Anyway, I'm drinking some warm water then a few minutes on my treadmill to destress a bit. Then back to my dreams until a decent time to wake up. LOL.Today I climbed up and down 44 steps, 6 times, at work. My legs felt like jiggly jello when I was done. My thighs will be so sore in the morning, but it's all good. Wish I knew how to log this type of activity (maybe step aerobics) and how many calories I burned.Good morning my friends! I predicted sore thighs for today because of all the steps I climbed yesterday. Man, I wasn't kidding.😬 I'm walking a bit funny but I'll be getting on the treadmill in a while. Pushing myself to do my workout despite the pain. That's how I get things accomplished. Everyone have a great day.Good morning everyone! Finally got a good night's sleep. Feels fantastic! So, I am feeling like today will be an awesome day. I will log all food, water, activity, and anything that needs logging. I will be active throughout the day. I will drink enough water. I will smile throughout the day. And I will NOT let stress bring me down today. I'm sure there's more, but I think I've bored y'all enough. Everybody stay blessed and active!Good morning.
