Beth aka ~Indygirl has lost 230 pounds herself- without surgery or crazy diets. She took her miserable, unhealthy 460 pound life and turned it completely around by going from bedridden to being a Certified Master Coach. At 460 pounds, Beth realized that being miserable, overweight and depressed had much to do with her chronic pain, degenerative issues, herniated disks, and fibromyalgia. She felt as if her life was on hold, like she was just waiting to die- trapped in her own body. Doctors thought the answer was weight loss surgery, but she realized that it was stomach surgery and her problem was more emotional eating, binge eating, and night eating. So it was more about what was in her head than what was on her fork. So she developed a new plan to deal with those things. Beth not only changed her weight, but also her career and aspirations! She became an internet icon, a motivational speaker, freelance fitness blog writer for SparkPeople, has been featured in books, magazines and podcasts, even Dr. Mercola has mentioned her article about fitness for limited mobility. Since then, Beth has helped many people change their lives in amazing ways with simple tweaks and hacks as both a life coach and health coach. You will be astonished at the results that are within your reach. My method of communicating and helping people in a basic way is through blogging.
