This Is My Public Commitment To Weight Loss And Fitness
Thank you for visiting My SparkPage
I'm turning 50 in the spring of 2015.
I've done a lot of soul searching and I know that I need to make some big changes in certain areas of my life.
Weight control is definitely on that list.
I will lose 37 pounds by March, 20th, 2015.
....and this time I'll KEEP IT OFF

My Goals:
I will lose 37 pounds by March, 20th, 2015.
I will exercise and tone my body.
My Program:
I switch diets to avoid boredom and getting off track...I'll use a low-carb diet until the carb cravings hit...then I'll switch to the exchange program so I can get my fix of carbs...There are other diets I use aswell...This way I'm not constantly depriving myself of foods that I love and I'm always on a plan to keep myself focussed...
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Toronto...I was a single mother for 18 years...Raising my son was the most amazing time of my life...He's now married and I'm a proud Grandmother.
Other Information:
I'm a Pagan Reconstructionist...

My Goals:
I will lose 37 pounds by March, 20th, 2015. I will exercise and tone my body.
My Program:
