Introduction Text It sounds so easy....and yet I can't seem to find the motivation to get MOVING! I love walking outdoors and am perfectly capable of doing so~ and yet the reasons/excuses continue. I have to make exercise a priority. I'm not getting any younger :)- I'm not very good at discipline when it comes to exercise so any suggestions, encouragement or helpful hints are recommended. I am determined to get motivated and lose weight!

1) Lose 28 lbs by 07/15/11. 2) Believe in myself. 3) Know that it takes perseverance and patience to attain my goal. 4) Be happy with every little accomplishment.

I need to be more 'structured' about my eating and exercise at least four times a week.

I moved to Florida from Northern Virginia seven years ago. I'm single and am hoping to network with people, make friends and lose weight along the way.
