Well it is New Year's Eve and I have been thinking about the New Year for the past week or so. Doubtless there are a couple of blogs in there too.

Here are my commitments to myself for the next, well 3 months at least and possibly 12 months

To continue to eat healthily-ish
To continue to challenge my body
To own my training mantra - I AM STRONG
To try and view myself through the eyes of others
To love myself as I am
To be who I want to be
To find the healthy weight that works for me
To finish what I start
To let go of unnecessary stress

I seem to like things in 9's so I will leave it at that.

And remember the biggest restriction on who you are and what you can achieve is YOU.

To walk/run and cycle 2011km during 2011
To run my first 10km - all signed up for March 2011
To take part in a Triathlon - I have my heart set on one in October 2011
To fit into size 10/12 (UK) clothes again - check but I am not where I want to be yet.

To emigrate to New Zealand

To finally finish one of the 'books' I am writing

    Thanks for your comment . It's been a real struggle lately to keep upi with things. I HAVE to get my eating under control. DID REALLY BAD yesterday! I CAN'T even remember all I ate to add it to my tracker. BLAH! Hope your doing well.

    Thanks for stopping by my Nutrient Blog. I was interested to see how a daily menu input could be balanced with sparkspeople recommendations, but have found that it can't! I find that very frustrating! Problem is that our body does need the input of the other nutrients for optimum health, ie: Calcium for healthy bones etc, and the sparkpeople recommendations underneath the Nutrition page is for a daily balance!

    So I'll stick with my vegetarian plan within calories instead - even if it means 'overdosing' on the daily recommmended other nutrients! Think I will ask sparkpeople advice though, just to see what they come back with!
