Well it is New Year's Eve and I have been thinking about the New Year for the past week or so. Doubtless there are a couple of blogs in there too.

Here are my commitments to myself for the next, well 3 months at least and possibly 12 months

To continue to eat healthily-ish
To continue to challenge my body
To own my training mantra - I AM STRONG
To try and view myself through the eyes of others
To love myself as I am
To be who I want to be
To find the healthy weight that works for me
To finish what I start
To let go of unnecessary stress

I seem to like things in 9's so I will leave it at that.

And remember the biggest restriction on who you are and what you can achieve is YOU.

To walk/run and cycle 2011km during 2011
To run my first 10km - all signed up for March 2011
To take part in a Triathlon - I have my heart set on one in October 2011
To fit into size 10/12 (UK) clothes again - check but I am not where I want to be yet.

To emigrate to New Zealand

To finally finish one of the 'books' I am writing

Goal 1 - 75kg reached September 2010
Goal 2 - 70kg reached on 25th December 2010
Goal 3 - 65kg reached on ........
Goal 4 - 60kg reached on ........
Finishing weight 55kg? (not sure if I will be going this low) reached on ........

Watching what I eat
Drinking water
Cardio exercise at least 5 x a week
Doing Strength Training 2x a week
Being active on Spark
