Introduction Text " It's YOUR ROAD and, ....yours ALONE. Others may " walk it with you " , but, .... no one can walk IT FOR YOU. ;)

....... To continue my "healthy journey" and then, maintain after the normal weight for me is attained. ! I want to "encourage " others daily and be a "positive influence" on all those I meet along the way of LIFE ! God is MY HELPER and I know He will be my "leader" on THIS journey just like ALL the others in MY LIFE .

I want to "continue" what has PROVEN to work BEST for me in recent days. If I will, : 1. Stay within my allowance on nutrition, 2. Stay within my FAT Grams I have 3. Drink the proper amount of water 4. Stop the "intake" around 6 p.m., or so, then, this "journey" will be successful, once again for me.

.... I am the "proud Mother" of 2 grown children and the "proud Grandmother" of 6 grandchildren and I have 2 "furry babies" and 2 cats, (rescued), I might add. My husband is the Pastor of a small church in our community and we live our lives encouraging and helping others. :)

I love to watch good movies of all different types. True stories "inspire" my heart and challenge me to do better in LIFE. I love "mysteries" and good drama movies. I enjoy reading "positive books", that inspire me, too. Obviously I LOVE animals, especially my "babies" here at my house. I have pictures of ALL of them on " my page." !
