Introduction Text I have gone through a couple of years or challenges after I broke my ankle in June of 2012. My weight is up, endurance is down but I am going to make the changes that will make a healthier me. Thank you to all the SparkFriends I have met and made! You have been great! My prayer is we will be healthier a year from now that we are now and reaching our goals towards the future. God is still soooo good! Jane

I have a year old grandson. I would like to be around for his wedding as well as all my granddaughters. To travel more easily and sight see without being winded. Walk down stairs without feeling as if I will fall. My legs are stiff! (I have improved in this! 11/2/09)

My yard is getting a make over as I am using it for my excercise.

I have lived on Guam and in Micronesia since August '64! I love the warm tropics and have enjoyed visiting family and friends in the states in the summer since my youngest son became a flight attendent with Continental Micronesia! I now have six grand daughters, one grand son and a great grand child! They light up my life.

I am learning to do things with my computer since I joined Sparks. It has been fun!
