My name is Rita Rae!

Fitness Minutes: 2,887

My Goals:
Too get healthier, loose weight, and to be happy while doing It!!! These last few months have been hard on everyone. Me personally I have gained a lot of weight... And hate that I have no self control My weight has cause me many health problems. The extra one I'm dealing with is sciatica in my right leg. It's been so very painful... But I can finally lift my leg a couple inches now off the floor... And pain is bettter.
My goal for now is at least 20-30 minutes of movement, no matter what it is... After That, and sciatica gets even better.. At least 10 minutes of chair exercise plus 30-40 minuteso of movement. I have been recording all food for a few months now and will continue. I drink at least 8 cups of water each day and will continue. I haven't been able to walk only for things that are needed. Food, bathroom.... That has to change so the reason for movement. I also need to go outside at least once aday. Haven't done that for along time..I guess that's my update for now.


My Program:
Record all Food. Stay below 1200- 1500 calories per day. If I go over.... then back on track the very next day... Movement as much as possible, at least 10 minutes of chair exercise work my way up.... Stay on track with my spark team... Try and be helpful to them...

.I'm a single (divorced) 61 year old women . I have 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. I am a Jehovah. Witness and love to study about our heavenly father and his son Jesus.
