Introduction Text 11/2009 I am going to make everyday count. My mom had heart disease and diabetes, she past at age 51. My daily journey is too keep my mind focused on the Lord's help. 9/2010 I have been with SparkPeople almost 1 yr. I have met wonderful friends. Each day I try to meet someone new and ask how they are doing. I hope all of your journeys are joyful and fun. I Smile everyday I walk with our Lord and you. Oct. 3,2010 2Timothy 1:13-14 13What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. 14Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us. My picture is of my dad @ 85 and the sister that I talked about in this text who has diabetes. My dad is getting a lot of hugs & kisses. We are so blessed by his life & faith. I turn 56 this past Janurary. This June 2 will be 15 years since our youngest son past. I had back surgery almost 1 yr ago. I am getting stronger with my balance each day. Thursday 12-8-11 I had my right lobe of my thyroid removed with a benign nodule of follicular neoplasm. I am so grateful to my doctors. Jan. 24, 2012 I turned 57. WooHoo, I'm feeling great, waiting on a couple of test for "reflux". My walking is once again 3 or more miles daily. Yeah! God bless our journey's this next year. Thank you Father, Amen. Jan. 24, 2014 Today is my 59 birthday. I am feeling young. Thanks to Spark I am healthy and happy. April 28, 2017 It's been a long time since I've wrote. Chris has a challenge for us today. Do we want to be Healthy or Fit I choose being Healthy My comment: I want to be Healthy. My 2 granddaughters are why. They are 14 almost 15 and 10 years old. I love being with them when we go on our walks. It's loving, fun and healthy. I've walked with them both since they were born. Family & Health is very important.
