I am unhappy with myself and have decided its time to make me a priority again! I can remember how well I used to take care of myself and how strong, and wonderful I felt. I HAVE to recapture that for my sanity's sake! I am taking my life back. Its going to be an incredible journey for me....I can feel it! ----"It's never too late to be something you might have been"

Goals:
1) To do moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes/day-5 to 6 days a week
2) Strength Training for 30 minutes 3X per week
3) Login and track food and exercise daily
4) Stay within calorie range daily
5) Take multi-vitamins daily
6) Consume between 1200-1550 calories daily
7) Drink at least 150 oz. of water a day
8)Weigh in every monday
9) Lose 1-2 lbs a week minimum
10) Try at least one new healthy recipe per week
11) Blog weekly for progress and goals for the following week.
My Program:
30 minutes of exercise DVD (cardio/strength) X3
Stay within calorie guidelines by eating healthy foods.
