My Goals:
My goal is to revamp my eating habits and commit to a lifestyle of fitness. I am 44 years old, and I have been on this journey for what seems like a lifetime. I discovered Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet and I'm hooked. Her advice is what we've all heard inthe past -- less processed food, more fruits/veggies, lean meats and whole grains -- but for some reason, her program resonates with me.

My goals and rewards are:

25lbs - Spa Day
50lbs - Mini Makoever - hair and professional make up.
75lbs - Trip to NYC for shopping.
80lbs - Start Dental Work
Goal - Cruise

My Program:
 Eat Clean
Cardio Most Days of the Week
Weight Training 3x/week

    I'm glad you liked my pissed off blog. I was reading all the uproar on FB, myspace etc...and there was beginning to be a backlash of "They(meaning black women) are just so sensitive!" And THAT was what really got to me-cuz I felt like ANY race would be upset! I decided to write my blog because I'm as white as can be and I found it offensive as well!- so no on can say I was "too sensitive" ( wink) By the way- if you read my follow up blog- Kanazawa finally apologized! Now if we could just get Psych Today to screen articles! (sigh)
