FOCUS FOR 2021

My focus for 2020 was my FAMILY -
and then covid.......

So my focus for 2021 will be to take one day at a time.....
whatever it brings.


FOCUS FOR 2020

My focus for this year is my FAMILY.

Vicki, my older daughter, is in a long-term care facility in Salem. Her husband has been so good and faithful to her.

NOTE: We lost Vicki this past Sunday - August ...
FOCUS FOR 2021

My focus for 2020 was my FAMILY -

FOCUS FOR 2020

My focus for this year is my FAMILY.

Vicki, my older daughter, is in a long-term care facility in Salem. Her husband has been so good and faithful to her.

NOTE: We lost Vicki this past Sunday - August 16.2020.

Greg, my oldest son, we lost to cancer in 2011. Miss him so. He was such a delight.

Kathi, my younger daughter, lives here in Pendleton, and is a nurse for DaVita.

NOTE: March - Kathi is on medical leave. The doctor is not sure what is happening - so she will be seeing a specialist soon.

Geoff, my middle son, lives with me - and keeps me going.

Gordon, my youngest son, lives in Baltimore. He is just too far away.

NOTE: Gordon has moved back and is now living and working in the Tri-City area. So glad to have him close again!

My Goals:
1. Exercise daily.
2. Spend some time outside each day.
3. Try s new recipe each week.



My Program:
 Review my goals every day.


Personal Information:
Retired and living in Pendleton. Miss my sister who lived in Medford, our home town and my oldest son - lost both to cancer. But, love having my #2 son here and #3 son has moved to Baltimore. Baltimore?? - the other side of our great country. Also, my younger daughter is here, and older daughter, Vicki, lives in Salem.
