Hello, I am Elli, I am 31 years old and I have been on and off SP since September of 2012.

I am an emotional eater, I suffer from Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism and I have struggled with my weight ever since I was a tween.

Food has always been an issue for me and I m here to learn how to handle it.

I am tired of yo-yo dieting and I am back on SP because I have recently become obese.

My Goals:
Lose weight. Overcome fears. Explore life.

My Program:
 Cycling 30 mins per day combined with healthy eating. Plus 30 mins of interval training 4 times per week. Eating as healthy as possible.
