    The answer to your question is, yes I do pretty much just use the ranges that SP suggests. And when I say ranges, I mean all of them. I have it down pretty good at this point but I really try to be in range of all the categories like protein, calories, fat, carbs, sodium, fiber, and so on...

    When I am going good with diet and exercise like I am now, I don't eat a lot of variety. It works for me. Yes, it does get boring sometimes but I deal with it and keep going.

    Plus I work out...all the time! I am actually going for 3,000 fitness minutes this month which would be a first for one month for me! I totally believe that saying "you can't out work a bad diet". So...I am out working a good diet lol. Hey, I figure attack it on both ends right?

    So my best advice is to find what works for you. Find what works for diet and exercise and do that. Unfortunately, there is no magic formula or I would be making a lot of money LOL! But never, ever quit! NEVER!

    As long as you are staying in your range, it is all good! When time becomes an issue for me, I know that I make the best decisions I can and don't get weighed down with all of the details. You have a busy schedule so just keep making those good decisions and you will get there!
