I'm not big on jogging I love walking/hiking, and enjoy sprint intervals here and there, but I really hate jogging so I don't do it. I'd rather rollerblade or hula hoop, do any machine at the gym or a class, or really do ANYTHING but jog! I haven't even tried on the jeans recently, and I need to go swimsuit shopping. (Haven't worn a bikini in public since I was 13! And probably won't!). I'm not sure what my strategy is. Clearly I need to step it up! 2489 days ago

Hey! It is going OK, but I'm still eating too much and thus not losing. I am hovering between 134-136 right now.
I don't think we can look at a calendar and say "I can lose x lbs by that date" because we are so close to goal that the weight just does NOT want to go!
I'm trying to stop worrying as much about the scale and focus more on my skinny jeans and bathing suit season. Hopefully turning some of this fat into muscle will mean looking better and feeling stronger even if my weight stays the same :) 2489 days ago

How's it going? I don't know if you saw my comment back on my status... I wouldn't say I am "doing" Paleo, but I follow a lot of the Primal (Mark's Daily Apple) principles. Mostly I am just trying to eat clean! But I find a high-fat/moderate-protein (and thus lower-carb) plan allows me to stay within my ranges without starving to death, and keeps me from the terrible sugar cycle that carbs start for me. (More, more, more!)
I don't know if it's helping me lose weight, but I have tons of energy and feel great! 2493 days ago
