My new journey.


Hi, I"m am 40 years young and from West Virginia. I am beginning my journey on the second half of my life. I've raised my children and now its my time! I just married the most wonderful man in the world and I just became a grandmother! I want to be healthy to enjoy my journey. More recently I had WLS (sleeve) and its the best thing I have ever done for myself.

    I hope all is going well your way! My hair is really falling out ALOT now! I hope it stops soon! How is your hair doing now? Has it stopped falling out yet? Anyways, I hit 70.4 #'s lost this morning and doing the happy dance! I'm really happy and feel SO good! I actually bought a size 10 jean! I was doing the BIG TIME happy dance in the dressing room, let me tell you! :))

    My hair just started falling out too, not a whole lot, but more than normal. I was losing some before surgery too, not sure why, think it was just hormonal or something (pre-menopause). I've been taking Biotin (i pour the capsule in my protein shake every day), so hopefully that will help. Everyone says it's a temporary thing, so it will grow back. :) Hope all is well your way!
