Hi Wanda. On your start page you will see a heading My Community, under that heading is an active link called My Friend Feed. Clicking on that will show all your friend's activities over several days, and you can put comments on their activities right there instead of going to their pages. JHADZHIA Wanda! Love your photo! You are so pretty! I am right there with you at being lousy at math. The tracker is a life saver! I have no excuses for going over my calories now, as I can see for myself what I am eating. I track my meals right after I eat them so I can plan what I will have later in the day. So my supper is always the one I adjust to either stay in my calorie range or make up nutrients I did not get enough of. I lost my weight with Sparks and am now on maintenance. I will still track my food. Its kind of fun juggling stuff around and staying in the range. I wish you all the best with it! 3892 days ago
