Can't wait to go hiking/camping again soon! I'm not going to mention all my failures of the day.😏 I'm staying positive and I'm going to be kind to myself.πŸ’œ So let's focus on what I learned today... πŸ€”Eating lunch early is NEVER the best idea for me! Gets me all off track.😜 But if I have to eat lunch early, I'll plan ahead and have an extra afternoon snack handy.πŸ˜‰ LOL...I love me some me!πŸ’ž

I'm very happily married for 14 years now!πŸ’ We have three beautifully rambunctious boys!πŸ™ˆπŸ™‰πŸ™Š Wouldn't trade them for anything! In 2016 I lost almost 100 lbs and felt better than ever!πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ But for some reason, I stopped making progress and I've now gained around 62 lbs back.πŸ˜’ I'm ready to get my health in check and feel good in my body again! My Goals:
1. To reach 199 lbs or lower. I never want to live in the 200's again.
2. To feel healthier and more comfortable in my body.
3. I want my husband and I to be able to play and have fun with our boys in nature.
4. I want to be a good example to my children. I want them to live healthy lifestyles.


My Program:
I just try to focus of a caloric deficit. More calories out than in! I monitor my activity level and track my calories with my Fitbit.
