Hi everyone!!!

I'm so glad to have bumped into Sparks...I love it...

I've gained quite a few lbs in the last few months...not to happy about it...but im working on losing it and more...and I know I can do it with the help of Sparks...

152 - 12/30/2012 SMALL GOAL
145 - 01/15/2012 BIG GOAL

I would like to eat healthy without giving much thought to it...No fast food...and I want to loose weight, get in shape and stay that way for life...and I will do my best to workout everyday...even if it's just for 10min...

My Program:
1. I will stay within my calorie range...

2. I will do a minimum of 10 min cardio 6 days a week.

3. I will drink @ least 8 cups of water daily.

4. I will weigh-in weekly.

5. I will eat breakfast everyday.

6. when i give in to junk food i wont over do it...

Personal Information:
I moved from fresno, ca to puyallup, the weather...a little stressed out cause i cant find a job...i have 3 children, sabrina 20, joseph 12, & luka 1...i also have a grandaughter 3 months...oh and my husband is 40 & out of shape as well......I love country music but I listen to pretty much everything...I enjoy reading the articles on Sparks...and looking at other pages for motivation...
