Hi to all. I am a U.S. Marine who let himself get big in the middle! Now, getting back in shape can be fun. Thanks to SP, it's just that. Fun! I will take the next few months to get back in shape and stay in shape. I have a great 12 week workout for any that wants to jump on. Kinda slow at first but it progresses. Email me for copy. Includes weight and cardio training 5 days/week. Good luck to those that need it. Thanks for dropping by and leave a message on the page.

Also, I am going on "holiday" with my wife where we will celebrate our 6th Anniversary, take in some great shows, and did I mention get married again? Then play "hooky" from our kids for another week on our "New Honeymoon". And she has all of this "new- me" to play with. I am so in trouble. See you guys next month, if I last that long!

My Goals:
I am currently trying to get in shape for the reunion with my wife. I'm in the "sand box" and I think I look like a huge bear. Can't have that spare tire sticking out of the trunk! Hopefully I will knock these pounds off in time.

Personal Information:
I am from Richmond Va but reside in NC on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. I have been married for the last 6 years and my friends find it wierd that I am still crazy-in love with my wife just as much as I was when we first met. We have three Yorkies who are our pride and joy and we both stay very active in our childrens lives even though they believe they are grown.

Other Information:
My workout is not that difficult to do. I workout once a day around 10pm to 12am. I have a program that is not listed that I juggle with my regular workout. Anyone interested in the other program, contact me and I'll send it to you. It's a 3 month program. You will be very fit at the end.
