My Goals:
I want to get into the exercise habit. Just a few minutes a day.

Have started this habit today, Epiphany, O8

My Program:
 Today(10/21) I'm at my "stumble" weight=200.
I've adopted a vegetarian style. I like meat but if I don't eat it, I can eat the amount that I appear to need in order to feel FULL,


Personal Information:
My name is Christi. I share a house with Mineu, Addison and Samson. We live in a small city in New England.

I get paid to lift weights which are cleverly disguised as patients. I'm an RN working with a bunch of really great homebound kids.

Other Information:
 I enjoy reading, mainly history and science with an occasional novel. I just finished "The Memory Keepers Daughter. " Great book! I used to have a fantastic vegetable garden; now I have a woodchuck/groundhog instead.

My favorite TV show is any one that shows medicine at work. I even like "Scrubs."

    Help Me Not Cheat

    Dear God,
    I don't like that word "cheat"!
    How ridiculous of me
    to think that I can somehow get ahead
    by committing fraud against myself.
    Show me if there is a problem
    in my approach to dieting
    that makes cheating seem worthwhile.
    If so, I want to change that, Lord.
    I want to feel clean and whole
    and honest through and through.
    I don't want to cheat myself
    or others or You.
    Today I pray to hunger for integrity
    in my deepest being.
    May I automatically reject the idea
    of dishonesty in any form,
    be it little white lies, secret binges,
    or false flattery from others.
    I want to be reliable and
    honest with little things
    so that You might trust me
    with the big things.
    But I need Your help.

    Thank you for commenting my page, i thought no one was going to answer me! I know they can be really hurtful and they dont think they realize it. I try to ignore them sometimes but wow its true words do hurt more than actions, thanx!!!
