Introduction Text I don't even want to think about how many times I have restarted this journey in the past 13-14 years. But... here I am again! Trying again to be successful and healthy!

To work out 5 days per week. To do cardio as well as as weight training. To log food and excercise daily. I'm updating this today, 3/9/2021, These are still my goals!

Restarting small. I will work out, even if it is just a 10 minute walk, at least 5 days per week. I will track my food and blood sugar 5 days a week.

I come from a small town in northern Michigan. We are not really that far north, but people from the cities of Midland and Saginaw think we are! Our town is Beaverton. Small and quiet!
