My favorite quote: "The best is yet to be." I have some goals that I have not yet reached and am still keeping the dream alive because while things may be good, the best is yet to be.

Spark People is one of the tools that I can use to help me achieve my goals. There are no failures, only lessons that give an opportunity to learn what to do or what not to do next time.

My goals:
1. Have a controlled eating of snacks - no more binging
2. Eat only when hungry and until satisfied
3. Exercise daily, either planned or spontaneous
4. Goal weight -- 128 pounds

My Plan:
The Starch Solution -- whole food plant based
Beck Diet Solution strategies
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily, including cardio, strength and stretching
