Update 7/29/14: Yes, long time yet again... lol! But at least this time I can say that I've been doing something. My two grandmothers passed away last year (59 days apart) both of heart related issues... so that was a huge wakeup call regarding my health. Since then I have been working out consistently and have lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of muscle, and have a better outlook on life. I currently do a boot camp at the local gym two mornings a week. It is tough but I love it.

Update 5/23/12: I obviously need to stay consistent. Lol! I do an introduction once a year... wow. I have gotten to a point where I want to take time for myself and if I don't I will be no good for my family. I've recently been dealing with health issues that worry me since I'm only thirty-one years old. I have learned so much with health/workouts/eating that I should have no problem doing what needs to be done. I have to give up on excuses. I am busy being a mom, wife, full-time student and soon must get an internship to be able to further my education, but if I don't do something now it will all be worth nothing.

Update 6/15/11: I obviously have some issues staying the course! ha ha! Since my last visit, I did a 40 day juice fast that I vlogged about on YouTube. Lost 28lbs. I've gained 10 since then. My next 40 day adventure is exercise. I'm going to record my daily struggles and successes with working out.

Update 8/13/10: I have 4 little girls and finally done having children. I my girls and my husband, they are all wonderful and keep me motivated. My husband and I have decided to start Body for Life together and it's been going well. We started on Monday, August 9th.

Update 11/10/09: Is pregnant for the 4th time with another girl! hehe! Taking a little time off of here for that and will be back when it's all done...and I'm able to workout again.

I'm always looking for new workout friends and motivators or people that need someone to motivate.

Update 1/10/09: I have lost 10 lbs.. just by changing my diet!!! I read and started following the Body for Life for Women book. AMAZING!! hehe. so very happy.

My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthy life that God wants me to live and teach my family to do the same.

My Program:
Looking at body types, I found that I am an "endomorph." With that being said, my program will include walking everyday and weight training a couple days a week. Also I must always be aware of what I am putting into my mouth.

Personal Information:
God is my strength.

Other Information:
I love crafting just about anything. Started gardening in 2011 and love watching my plants grow. Enjoy singing while I'm driving. And I continually educate myself. Also working on a double major and applying for grad school this fall.
