Getting Heathy



OK, I am now in my Late 60's and still trying to be healthy.

I have not been trying hard enough. But I am determined to lose more weight.
I walk a fair amount and do some working out at home. I also go to a gym at a local college that give seniors a low cost membership. We have a fair amount of seniors that are regulars.

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to get below 200 LBS.
I retired 6 years ago.

My Program:
 I exercise some but not as much as I should.
I am walking between 7000 and 8000 steps most days.
Using a Fitbit to count steps.
I have cut way back on Carbs which helps alot!
