Welcome to my SparkPage. I am Vicky. I am a 42 year old mother of 3 beautiful daughters. I am on this journey to lose some weight and firm up so that I can remain active for a long time. My dad was a great roll model and remained active all his life.
I have struggled with weight all my life even though I've always tried to be physically active. I just love food. I was raised in a family of 6 kids and was encouraged to clean my plate at every meal.

I'm working on being more conscious of the quality of food that I choose to fuel my body. I work out at a local gym 3 days a week doing resistance training and cardio. I also workout with a local running group one night a week. I am also a member of the VA Bike Team.
