    Yes find some stairs, find a hotel they might let you or just go for it, most guests take the elevator....

    I know, stairs are great. When I worked at the hotel my legs started toning it was great. I mean the day after snowshoeing I can tell the difference.

    I just wish i didnt have to work and i could go each day! haha

    KEEP up on the running, that is great!!!!

    How are you doing? Hows the running and intervals? I just did aerobics, and it kicked my butt!! There was a girl there that I am not too fond of, thinks she is allll that, so I had to surpass her in the class and not take breaks haha IT WAS PAINFUL haha but hey I got a better workout :)

    I am back on track. Feel good, just worked my butt at INSANITY aerobics, the videos. So so so good. It was hard! Feels so good afterwards though.

    I have been working out 3 days this week, I know I should do more, but its a start. when i worked out 6 days a week, i was losing a lbs a day practically, but slowly but surely :)

    Glad that its going good for you. Sorry about work. But keep up the exercise, it helps alot!!!
