Introduction Text I CAN! I WILL! I MUST!! I'm a married 28 yr old female who was obese until a couple years ago. At 17 years old I weighed almost 300 lbs but since then by a lot of trial and error and a lot of work too I got down to 184 lbs in 2013. My problem now is that I want to get to at least 140 lbs but every time that I'm losing weight and making progress I end up right back at square 1 and the cycle begins again. In the past 4 years for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 - 30 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because not only do I want to look good for my husband but I also want to feel good for me. Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.

1. To look in the mirror and say I did it! 2. To make more nutritious meal choices every day.

- Beachbody workouts 5-6 days a week. - Walking 70,000 steps per week. -Tracking all my food on SparkPeople and staying within my SparkPeople recommended calorie range per day. -Keeping in contact with my SparkFriends for support and motivation and also to be support and motivation to them.
