When I joined SP, it was to get stronger and fitter. After Mom died, I gained 20 pounds in two years. Then I had a baby. Now I'm nursing and trying not to let my weight get out of control. Goal: 178 to 150, with regular walks, strength training, and a controlled diet.

Letting Spark guide me to some stamina. Then the 200 SitUp program, 100 PushUp program, and training for a 5k... then a 10k.. then a 10miler... then the Disney Princess Half Marathon! GLEEEE!

I plan to do yoga again tonight, even if only for 15-20 minutes. Stretching out feels goooooodddddd. :)
