Introduction Text I'm 36 years old and working at getting back in shape. Trying to re-lose the almost 20 lbs I've gained since moving and then a few extra. Have yet to decide on a final goal.

My goal is to lose weight and be healthy. I'm tired of hiding from cameras and want to live without worrying about how others see me.

I exercise at least 5 days a week for about an hour. I try to get 10000 steps in even on the days I don't exercise. I don't diet. I am what some would call a picky eater. To me though I just eat in a way that my brain can handle. So for this to work for me I have to be able to eat the foods I like and still lose weight.

My name is Wendy and I'm orginally from Florida but currently living in Italy. Being away from the convenience of American food is good and bad. It's great because I can't eat what isn't here. And bad because I do miss some of the food. When I loved I had to change up my eating habits because some of the food I was eating to lose weight isn't available here.
