Introduction Text Ok, time to become "accountable" again! lol Just entered into a new regimen with my awesome hubby as my trainer. He's a true inspiration and knows his stuff when it comes to weight loss and nutrition. I'll be 40 "years young", lol, this summer and my goal is to look and feel better than ever. I want this achievement more than I've ever wanted a weight loss goal before. Lately I've felt very unhealthy. With my family medical background I realize that I'm slowly killing myself and I have so many wonderful reasons for living! So....here we go! I really LOVE how Spark's "tools" that allow me to keep up with my diet and exercise and even water intake! It's going to be a great year! Feel free to leave comments and add me as your friend. To be better than ever when I turn 40 this summer!

800 calories per day (Doctor prescribed...only advised under careful watch by a physician) and moderate level of exercise. My regimen is based mostly on a healthy eating plan and weight training. Cardio is great but if you don't have a solid nutritional base you're just wasting your time. (my opinion and what works for me)

I live in Zwolle Louisiana:) Working towards a nursing degree at Panola College! Almost done! YAY! lol
