    I came across a recipe that used oats. It sounded strange, but I gave it a try anyway and ended up loving it. Tip: soak the oats in the liquid in the blender for a few minutes first.

    I tried that and still didn't prefer the texture so I used my coffee grinder and ground the oats. Now it's perfect!

    thank you for the words of encouragement .. I have never felt better and this is only day 3 of 21 ..
    Decision time .. internal .. and external ..

    Time to upack all the baggage and examine .. feel the emotions one at a time .. then let them go

    after 21 days the suit case should be empty .. and a lot of people set free .. besides me that is ..
