Hi! I am so ready to do this and do it right! I have been eating better and doing some exercise! I not only want to do this but need to for the sake of my children. I lost my mom at an early age and I don't want my kids to go through that. I know that being overweight is a huge factor in that! So here I am at the best web site I've ever found!! I can use any help anyone can give, and I am willing to give all I can in return! Good luck to all of you!!!


I have decided to use the points on my ticker as my goals. That means that my first goal is 211 and so on. With my final goal being my last mark on there of 150!!

Well, after doing awful for almost two months now I am making a pledge! Here it goes, it will probably be alot of rambling but oh well!

1. I pledge to STOP making excuses. There will be no more "I'll do it tomorrow".
2. I pledge to get my exercise in everyday. Even if I have to go for a walk. I will exercise.
3. I pledge to weigh in ONLY ONCE a week. That is my biggest problem. If I am doing what I should be doing than it doesn't matter what the scale says. My weigh in day will be on Tuesday.
4. I pledge to do my best. That means putting 100% into this, because that IS my best!
5. I pledge to help anyone out that needs it. I am a great listener, even if it's about something you may think is silly. I am here.

That is it for now. I may come up with more at a later time.

My Goals:
Im sick of being FAT!!! I am ready to take controll of my life and do what I need to do. I have 4 small kids that need their mom around, and I need to get healthier so I can be!!


My Program:
I have bought the biggest loser dvd and am going to try that out. It seems like it will work good, I just need to get my butt in motion. I am eating better/less. I watch my portions and make sure I stay within my calories 1200-1550.

    Don't suppose you remember me. I signed up for spark around the same time you did. You signed up before me though :P ... Just wanted to say hi and sorry that I hadnt been on in a YEAR lol. I managed to lose alot of weight (but not from the help of spark lol) I got to a point where I couldnt stand my self and didnt want to eat at all .... thats not a good way to loose weight and no one should (you get very week and tired) but I exercised and drank lots of water with those powderd packets (fruit flavored) things you can put in water to make it taste better. I found If I had a water with that every time I felt hungrey then I felt full and I didnt regret it later :D.

    these past months though i have been eating three meals a day and at most two stacks... but that water thing really helped. A good way to make yourself feel full is to Drink cold/chilled water in the morning then an hour or two later drink look warmed water and then the chilled water again and repeat untill the evening where you heat the water up (And some lemon or something because water tasted funny hot) and drink that before bed. I found that it expanded your stomach then back to normal size as if you had eaten to make you feel full faster and it also does wounders for your skin... it open your pors (I hate that word "pors") and made you feel refreshed (Which I hadnt felt in a long time) ... although doing this for the first few days can make you feel sick if you drink to much at one time to fast. (Which I found out the hard way lol)
