Fitness Minutes: 36,063

My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!

My Program:
 I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.


Personal Information:
My name is Lee Ann. I live in a small town and enjoy the slower paced life. I am semi-retired and work part time. I have two grown children. My husband and I have been married for 37 years.



Other Information:
 I enjoy watching NASCAR races, reading, and playing with our cat and dog. I am also a General Hospital fan.

    So sorry about your Mom's cat. So Sad.
    I know, those high winds can keep you up. Eta sure made our carport roof rumble! And our siding creaked a few times.
    Make sure to watch GH, did you see the Friday Cliffhanger? I just don't believe Nelle is Nina's daughter, that's too easy. I think Nelle stole or found the heart necklace. Remember Masked Singer too. Did you see last week, the snow owls got unmasked. Too cool!

    It's been a nerve racking weekend! Just waiting for TS Eta. Looks like Tampa area and north of it is in it's path. That's us! Sigh I've been working on Insurance enrollment paperwork, that's always fun- NOT! I've been coloring a lot to calm my nerves. Sure helps.
    GH was sóooooo good Friday, right? Finn shot, Maxie kidnapped, Julian and Ava realized Taggert was alive, Ryan still alive, and I really like how Sonny, Jason and Taggert are getting along. Julian is going to be off the show soon and so is Lulu. Wonder how they are going to do that? Both fired from what rumors say. Making room for higher paid actors. Geeze!
    That's too cool you're watching Masked Singer! Bob is watching it too, he got hooked! Do you have cable on demand? You can watch it on there and it's too cool who was unmasked last week!! I love that show!!!!
    Have a good week. I'll keep you posted on my feed how the storm is doing. I do not want to evacuate. That's all we need right now! Ugh

    Hi. My Tuesday and Wednesday was spent with a headache and sinus issues. Ugh. Feeling much better now after sinus rinsing, Tylenol and lots of sleep. Hope yours was better than mine!
    GH- not sure about a new Lulu. I keep hearing about cut backs and even Julian is gonna be gone too. Wait till you see Wednesday's show!
    Didn't care much for the back in time voting show. Seen enough of all the constant political coverage , etc. Ugh!
    It even took over the finale of American Ninja Warrior last night! Grrrrrrrr
    I mean I can understand reporting results as they happen, but not for two hours talking about what may happen or what's happened in the past with voting in certain states. Just come in when its final and let us know the results.
    Anyway, got to see our fave show Masked Singer though. Yay!

    Thanks for your nice comment on my blog. Watching GH right now. I was so hoping it really was Helena who called Peter. Valentin is talking some sense into Peter right now. Can't believe they are doing the twins thing again with Anna and Alex!
    180# of meat! Wow! That's a lot! Probably get a better deal that way and better quality from the farmer.
    Sure hope your brother doesn't catch Covid19. There is so many facilities like that where that happened.

    We're now watching Hurricane Eta which is going to turn around and aim for us next week- possibly. Ugh! Can you believe that?!!! What a crazy year! It's a Cat 5 now - those poor people in Central America!
