Introduction Text Hi i was previously here as Walkfast1 now i am Walkfast11. I'm a 55 yr old who wants to and needs to live a healthier life. My hobbies are Gardening, ( Flower Beds) and container plants. I enjoy sitting on my swing under the shade of my oak tree. I have a Hummingbird feeder and wild bird feeders and i love to watch them. especially the hummingbirds they are not scared to be there as long as you don't make any sudden moves. You can look at a pic i took of one of the hummingbirds going to land they fascinate me. I rather be with my pets then with people. I'm am a bit of a isolater. If i can get out of going some where i will and i dread having to go places where there are alot of people. once i'm there its ok. So i'm learning to reach out more to people and trust people more.

to lose weight and learn to live and love my life and stand up for myself more. To be a better person for myself and to take care of myself inside and out.

Is to get back to the healthy person i use to be. and to the weight i looked my best and felt great.I will monitor my food and do some exercise everyday.
