Introduction Text Commit your way to the Lord and He will do this. Psalm 37:5 As 2012 unfolds, it is time to commit to healthful living. While I have been actively working towards better fitness and health, it is time to commit fully to specific changes: 1. Engage daily in the Word of God to deepen the relationship with my Lord and Savior. 2.Increase number of vegetables and fruits in meals. 3. Make a point to be active about 30 minutes a day or more on at least 6 of 7 days per week. 4. Strengthen relationships. 5.Manage time more efficiently.
