    Hello and welcome to the Virginia Sparkers Team . . . You sound very motivated to start making changes needed to enjoy time and play with your kids. The hardest step, truely is the first step - and you have taken it. emoticon

    To put the weight tracker on your page, first go to "MY SPARK PAGE" Once you are there, in the upper right hand corner you will see "Edit My Spark Page" click on that. At the bottom of the new page you are taken to, you will see a box entitled "MY WEIGHT LOSS TICKER" Here it is pretty self explanatory, just follow the directions - you will be able to choose the ticker background, the ticker icon, and you will enter your starting and Goal weight. Then just make sure you click off on the botton that says "SHOW WEIGHT TICKER". Most important, after doing all of that, make sure you go to the very bottom of the page and on the right hand corner you will see a botton "SAVE MY CHANGES" - click on that - and Tada - your weight ticker will show up on each of your posts.
