Let me start by saying that I love life and ALL aspects of it. Food is not the enemy and never was. I was just too happy with my body shape and size. However, I understand that I need to treat my body like the temple that it is. Life is fun but all too short so lets make the most out of it and get healthy.

Reasons why life is great (no matter what size I am):
I lOVE...
just chillin with my husband, singing in the shower to the wrong lyrics of the newest song, playing tennis, viewing all forms of art, studying to become an engineer, never-ending shopping for my first apartment, acting like I'm the assistant coach for Brian's Little league team, playing with my pet bunny, going to college (especially at beautiful University of the Pacific), volunteering (do on to others as you would have done on to yourself...what comes around, goes around...charma...and all that stuff), gardening on my 8 foot terrace filled with flower pots, riding my old school bike, watching DVDs all night with anyone, drawing and painting, having passenger road rage, playing frisbee, swimming ...anytime ...anywhere, running away to the bay area and of course dancing the night away.

My Goals:
#1: To live a long and healthy life
~Lose 75 lbs
~Excercise everyday... even if its only for 10 minutes here and there


My Program:
My official "program" started Jan. 1, 2008:
~20g of carbs daily
~Excercise 4-5 days a week for 45-60 minutes (mostly cardio)
~Eat more natural/organic foods
~Try not to get over stressed



Personal Information:
In case anyone is wondering Im 22 yrs old and 5' 6".
And everyone just calls me Tori...I dont think I look much like a Victoria either :)

    Thanks for adding me as a friend (awhile back! I just got around to email...LOL!!) I'm curious how our paths crossed?? I don't see that we share any teams....but that's ok, it's always nice to have buddies for support when you need it! Congrats on your weight loss so far!! You are doing AWESOME!! I've been watching my carbs lately - Phase 1 of the South Beach diet. I dropped 5 pounds, but I need much more to come off - but it's just so hard!!! I've been limiting my carbs (around 50 per day) but I'm a runner so I need the carbs to fuel my body, so it's hard!
