Just do it!

Correction: 2021 is the Year of Me. Still working on my 2020 goal.
I have shed 20# and 15 inches and am at pre-pandemic weight and getting closer to my 2020 goal. No magic: "just do it!"

2020 is the Year of Me as I journey towards improved health and wellness. With a great Q1, Q2 & Q3 were overshadowed by stress eating from the pandemic. I am determined to finish Q4 strong, from my commitment and actions and Spark support and the Fall 5% Challenge. Q4 was a disappointment. Just started Winter 5% Challenge. Week 1: Lost 5#. My resolve feels strong. I WILL do this!

Snacks are healthy choices and if not, VERY limited
No eating past 7p.

Personal Information:
Happily married with 3 terrific grown boys, 4 lovely grandkids. Took an early retirement in 2009, which presented many new lifestyle changes. Have a bookkeeping business going that has me working much too much; watch 6 yr old granddaughter 2 days weekly and grand toddler the same 2 days....and still must make time for my client work, so I am very busy all of the time.

Other Information:
Enjoy time with family and friends, mini vacations, a little gardening, online jigsaw puzzles, and when time permits reading. Recently got interested in watercolor after a class...haven't really found the time to continue this interest.

Here's a zone map for your tomatoes off the tomatofest website (it's where I purchased a few of my tomatoes). It's probably a little late for you to be starting tomatoes from seed. If I were you - I'd do to my local greenhouse or gardencenter and ask someone who knows which tomatoes would do well. There are some (determinates) that are good in containers because they are more compact - they produce all their fruit at one time and others (indeterminates) that are good inground (they produce fruit throughout the season).

Thanks! We like our house too. It is more than 100 years old. We just remodeled about 2 years ago.

Thank you so much for your encouraging words posted on my blog. It really did cheer me up to hear from you. Plus I needed to hear the advice to Never give up.
I really like your positive attitude, and would be honored to have you as a SparkFriend. Together, we can do this.... one tiny step at a time.

Thanks for your comments on my spark page. I learned about "ewer" doing a crossword puzzle. It's not a term used often these days.
I'm so glad your granddaughter is receiving the services she requires. Some states are cutting back on providing special ed. services due to funding cuts. You are all very fortunate.
Good luck on your 60 day Personal Challenge. You're over halfway there!
